The deadline for the payment of Reservation Fee for all continuing students in all levels has been extended until May 15, 2024, Wednesday. Below are details about reservation fee, the deadline, guidelines, and terms and conditions from the Office of the Registrar.
What is Reservation Fee?
The reservation fee is at a fixed amount of Php 8 000.00 which assures a learner of a slot for the grade level he/she will be enrolling in School Year 2024-2025. It is non-refundable and non- transferable but will be deducted from the school fees of SY 2024-2025.
Why do I have to pay the Reservation Fee on or before the deadline?
1. There are available tuition fee discounts for those who have siblings and for those who are paying the school fees in full upon enrollment. The payment of the Reservation Fee on or before the deadline is one of the criteria for the said tuition fee discounts. Discount is applicable for payments in cash, check, interbranch deposit and fund transfer.
2. The payment of the reservation fee assures a learner of a slot for the grade level he/she will be enrolling in School Year 2024-2025. This means that the slot the learner reserves will no longer be given in favor of another learner.
3. The payment of the reservation will ensure that the learner can conveniently process enrollment within the enrollment period.
How can I pay for the Reservation Fee?
1. Through the online parent portal https://online.shs-adc.edu.ph/ for credit card/debit card payment.
2. Through our cashier in the campus for cash/cheque payments only.
3. Through online bank transfer. Kindly send a copy of the confirmed bank transfer to accounting@shs-adc.edu.ph once done.
Is a learner who has paid the Reservation Fee already considered enrolled?
No. The payment of the Reservation Fee only reserves the slot. To ensure that the learner can attend classes in SY 2024-2025, he or she or the parents would need to process enrollment within the enrollment period.
When is the enrollment period?
The enrollment period for SY 2024-2025 of both new and continuing learners will be from June 03 to July 06, 2024.
