- 2×2 most recent picture with white background
- Copy of the birth certificate from abroad/PSA birth certificate
2.1. If abroad, in a non-English-Speaking country, have the birth certificate translated in English and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/apostille stamped located in the student-applicant’s country of origin or legal residence, both in English and his national alphabet Passport biodata page. - Copy of the latest grades of the current grade level. (After receiving the Notice of Acceptance and upon enrollment, the original and complete school records of all grade levels attended and duly signed by the school principal (from Kinder to last grade level attended) MUST be submitted to the Office of the Registrar
3.1. For non-English speaking countries, have the school records translated in English and duly authenticated by the Philippine embassy/apostille stamped located in the student-applicant’s country of origin or legal residence. - Copy of the final report card of last completed grade level
- Copy of valid visa, if available
- Copy of passport of both parents
- Copy of alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for a foreign student enrolled in the Philippines of the current school, if available.
- Copy of special study permit, if available.

ADMISSION PROCESS

Thank you once again for choosing Sacred Heart School – Ateneo de Cebu for your child. We are pleased to inform you that the admission for S.Y. 2026-2027 is now open. Below is an easy guide to our application process.
ADMISSION PROCESS
STEP 1
Create an account using our online admission portal: https://apply.shs-adc.edu.ph/
STEP 2
Review requirements here: https://shs-adc.edu.ph/admissions/. Please prepare the scanned or digital copies of these requirements in advance since you will need to upload them later during the application process. Kindly ensure that the copies are clear.
STEP 3
When ready, you may start the application process by filling in the online form. Upload the required documents as per the nationality of the child. You may add additional applicants to the same account.
STEP 4
Pay the application fee of PHP 700 per child, via bank transfer or cash onsite at the Finance office. Upload the payment confirmation under the Application Fee section in the admissions portal.
STEP 5
Admission team will review your application after payment is validated by Finance. If the application received falls on a weekend, it will be reviewed the next working day. Please ensure to upload correct and complete documents.
STEP 6
Once reviewed, book your child’s onsite entrance exam/assessment via the admissions portal.
STEP 7
Come to school with the test permit and proceed to the Testing Services on your assigned date to take the entrance exam/assessment. Please call 09339710690 for further assistance.
STEP 8
The results will be available within 5 working days. All applicants for Senior High School will have an additional interview at the Principal’s Office. You will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or rejected.
STEP 9
If accepted, then a Big Congratulations Indeed! You may proceed to pay the reservation fee of PHP8,000 per child within 15 days of acceptance. The reservation fee is non-refundable but deductible from the overall tuition fee. Payments can be made via bank transfer or at the cashier counter onsite.
STEP 10
For all accepted applicants, official enrollment will begin in May 11, 2026 to June 6, 2026. Enrollment instructions will be sent via email in May 2026. You will need to submit the original documents to the School Registrar and pay the tuition fees at the Finance Office to be officially enrolled for S.Y. 2026-2027.

Requirements
(For Foreign Students)
Thank you once again for choosing Sacred Heart School – Ateneo de Cebu for your child. We are pleased to inform you that the admission for S.Y. 2025-2026 is now open. Below is an easy guide to our application process.
Nursery 1, Nursery 2, and Kinder
Apply for admission via https://admissions.shs-adc.edu.ph/. Digital copies of the below requirements are to be uploaded during the application process. Once student receives a Notice of Acceptance, the original documents MUST be submitted to the Office of the School Registrar prior to confirmation of enrollment.
1. Create an account
Visit our online admission portal: https://apply.shs-adc.edu.ph/ to create an account.
2. Choose Grade Level & Review Requirements
Select the grade level you’re applying for and review the necessary requirements. Please prepare clear scanned or digital copies of these documents in advance, as you will need to upload them later during the application process.
3. Start the Application
Once you’re ready, begin the application by filling out the online form. Upload the required documents based on the child’s nationality. You can add multiple applicants under the same account if necessary.
4. Pay the Application Fee
The application fee is PHP 700 per child. Payment can be made online or in cash onsite. Please note that online payments will incur a PHP 250 bank service fee. This fee is waived for onsite payments made via cash or card. For onsite payments, proceed to the Finance Office cashier counter.
5. Application Review
Our admissions team will review your application within 48 working hours. If your submission falls on a weekend, it will be processed on the next working day. Be sure to upload accurate and complete documents.
6. Schedule the Entrance Exam
Once your application is reviewed, you will be notified when you can book the entrance exam or assessment online. Our Testing Services team will contact you with further instructions.
7. Take the Entrance Exam
On your scheduled date, come to the school and proceed to Testing Services to take the entrance exam or assessment.
8. Review of Results
Results will be available within 5 working days. Senior High School applicants will be scheduled for an additional interview at the Principal’s Office. You will receive an email notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of your application.
9. Acceptance & Reservation Fee
Congratulations if accepted! Please pay the reservation fee of PHP 8,000 per child within 15 days of acceptance. The reservation fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total tuition fee. Payments can be made online or in person at the cashier counter.
10. Official Enrollment
Official enrollment will typically begin at the end of the current school year. Please await further announcements. To finalize enrollment for the upcoming school year, submit the original documents to the School Registrar and pay the tuition fees at the Finance Office.
