Exemplifying the spirit of bayanihan and magis, our Ateneo Hearter teachers and students joined the Gawad Kalinga Bayani Challenge in Dalaguete.

Last April 27, 2024, Sacred Heart School – Ateneo de Cebu teachers shared stories of hope and resilience in Paraisong Pambata, bringing smiles to 150 kids through storytelling sessions and loot bags distributed across 3 barangays.
Meanwhile, our Grade 11 students from Gravitas empowered the youth with capacitating sessions on fire prevention, first aid, and basic scout knots, contributing to building a safer community.
Together, our volunteers dedicated their time to improving the Gawad Kalinga Village in Dalaguete, planting vegetables in the community garden, and painting houses, spreading love and positive change.
At Sacred Heart School – Ateneo de Cebu, community development is at our core. Thanks to Campus Ministry and Social Involvement Office for organizing our school’s delegation at the Gawad Kalinga Bayani Challenge. Together, we embody bayanihan spirit, fostering positive change and building a brighter future.
