Sacred Heart School – Ateneo de Cebu is now conducting the Online Referendum and Reservation for Continuing Learners for School Year 2025-2026. A separate email has been sent to all parents/guardians containing the detailed process and the link to access the referendum and reservation system.
As we transition to our new system provider, we ask for your patience and cooperation in ensuring a smooth process. Kindly take note of the following important details:
1. One-Time Referendum Response: Each parent may only submit one response per child via this link https://reservation.shs-adc.edu.ph/, indicating whether the student will enroll or not in SY 2025-2026.
2. Enrollment Confirmation & Reservation: If a parent/guardian indicates that their child will enroll, they will be guided to create a parent account, add their child, and proceed with the reservation process. A detailed infographic with step-by- step instructions is provided in the attached PDF file.
3. Reservation Fee: A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee of P8,000.00 must be paid to secure a slot. This amount will be deducted from the total school fees for the next academic year.
4. Important Deadlines:
– The referendum submission deadline is March 15, 2025.
– The reservation deadline is April 15, 2025.
– For Early Education levels and Grade 11, the reservation fee must be settled within seven (7) calendar days after processing the reservation online. Failure to do so will result in the slot being made available again.
5. Tuition Fee Discounts: The timely payment of the reservation fee on or before the deadline is one of the requirements to avail of tuition fee discounts.
